What we collect

- Business submissions: if you submit a business, we store the submission details to review and respond.
- Analytics: we use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible or a self-hosted equivalent) to understand traffic patterns. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
What we don't collect
- We don't run third-party advertising.
- We don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar trackers.
- We don't sell or share your email with anyone.
- We don't fingerprint your browser.
Cookies
We use a minimal number of cookies, only where strictly necessary (for example, to remember your newsletter subscription). No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
- Right of access — you can ask what data we hold on you.
- Right of erasure — you can ask us to delete your data.
- Right of rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to object — you can object to processing at any time.
Data retention
Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Business submissions are kept for 12 months for review and then deleted.
